Rope Jam @Daruma

The Rope Jam at Daruma welcomes people of all levels and backgrounds to practice, play, chat, or just to watch.

Beginners and curious newcomers are super welcome, and you don’t need to come with a partner in order to attend.

We have a large 100sqm room, with a huge suspension frame, 10 Hashira, tea, and a cosy chill out area.

The Rope Jam at Daruma is very often fully booked – often with a waiting list – and we don’t like to allow in more people than we really have space for as it makes a less enjoyable tying experience for everyone. Therefore to attend you need to reserve a space using the link above. Remember to use cancel as soon as possible (using the link emailed to you when you signed up) if you are unable to attend as this frees up space for anyone who might be on the waiting list.

Price: 10€ regular / 5€ low income / 15€ supporter
The booking system does not take payments – you can pay in cash on the door according to what you can afford. We don’t ask for proof of low income, nor do we keep a record of who is paying what.

Instructions
Please arrive between 7pm and 7.30pm, after that the door will be closed. At 7.30pm, there is a short welcome round/introductory talk. If you are coming for the first time, we recommend you arrive in time for this. If you need to arrive later than 7.30pm, please send a message in advance to let us know as, in order to keep the space calm and quiet, it will no longer be possible to ring the doorbell.
